This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a relaxing open floor plan complete with a full kitchen. Step through the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony and enjoy an extraordinary view where you are able scan the Gulf of Mexico, the Perdido Pass and beautiful shoreline.
When entering the condo, immediately to your left is the first bedroom with two queen beds, closet space, TV and ensuite bathroom. Continue down the hall and enter the open floor plan with a full kitchen (stocked with all of your basic cooking essentials), an eating area that will seat 6, and the living room with an open view of the gulf. Just off of the living room is the second (main) bedroom with a king-size bed, closet space, TV, ensuite bathroom and direct access onto the balcony. The perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine, in pure serenity.
During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!
Conveniently located near some of the best restaurants in Orange Beach including the new CoastAL Restaurant and Beachside Bar. If you are looking to be pampered during your stay, visit Serenity at The Beach Salon & Spa in SanRoc Cay just across the road. Also, there are plenty of fun attractions nearby for the kids (and adults)! Everything fun and delicious is easily accessible from Phoenix VII 1104!

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.
*PARKING PASS pricing and availability vary for each property and details are provided in each listing.
*To ensure quality cleans and the best guest experience, NO EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT times are offered.
*PETS are not allowed at any of our properties due to HOA restrictions.
*SNOWBIRD RATES are available between November and February. Please reach out to us and we would love to talk with you about monthly rates.
*PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES: Half of the reservation total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the check-in date. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, or at least 30 days before the check-in date. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation total. If cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund given.
