When entering the condo, immediately to your left is the first bedroom with two queen beds, TV and en suite bathroom. Continue down the hall and enter the open floor plan with a full kitchen (stocked with all of your basic cooking essentials), an eating area that will seat 6, and the living room with an open view of the gulf. Just off of the living room is the second (main) bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, en suite bathroom and direct access onto the balcony. The perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine, in pure serenity. For convenience during your stay, there is a washer/dryer stack in the condo.

While visiting Phoenix VII, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis and pickleball courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

Phoenix VII is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

*PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES: Half of the reservation total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the check-in date. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, or at least 30 days before the check-in date. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation total. If cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund given.
