What time is Check-in?

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m.  You will receive your check-in details the day before your scheduled arrival.  These details will include your door code (if applicable) and all other information to ensure a smooth and easy start to your stay.

During the busier months of summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are unable to offer early check-in.  If your reservation is not during those months, please feel free to inquire about early check-in for an additional fee.  

What time is Check-out?

Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.  You will receive check-out instructions the day before your departure date.  These instructions will contain a few housekeeping requests for you to take care of prior to your departure.

What is the minimum age requirement?

The minimum age requirement is 25 years old.  The individual signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old and be present throughout the entire reservation.  Failure to do so, or any misrepresentation, will result in all guests being removed and no refunds will be given.  

What about parking during my stay?

Because parking pass fees and the number of passes allowed with each property vary, the details are listed within each property description.  Normally, each condo association permits one parking pass per bedroom.  If you will need additional off-site parking for your stay, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you with other available options.

*Please note: no trailers of any kind or recreational vehicles (including golf carts) are allowed.

What is provided in your condo?

To help you prepare and pack, here is a list of items that will be provided in your condo:  bed linens for all beds and sleeper sofa, bath towels and washcloths (1 of each per # of guests condo sleeps), hand towels (2 per bathroom), 1 laundry detergent pod, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash can liner per container.

We recommend you bring: beach towels, beach chairs (seasonal on-site rentals are available if you prefer), sunscreen, ziploc bags or small storage containers (perfect for protecting your electronics, keys and other important items), coffee and coffee filters.  And depending on the length of your stay, you might want to also consider bringing the following:  extra bath towels and washcloths, toilet tissue, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent (you will have a washer and dryer in your condo), seasonings and condiments, cleaning products, garbage bags.

 

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is not permitted within any of our rentals, nor on the balconies.  During your stay, please smoke only in posted areas on the property.  Should there be any evidence of smoking in the rental after your stay (ashes, burns, odor), there will be a fee of $250 added to your stay.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at any of our properties, per condo association regulations.  Should there be any evidence of pets (pet hair, furniture or property damage such as gnawing or scratch marks, urine stains), there will be a fee of $500 added to your stay.  

What are your Payment and Cancellation Policies?

Half of your reservation total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your check-in date.  

We understand life happens.  You may receive a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking or at least 30 days prior to your check-in date.  If cancelled between 14 and 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the reservation total.  If cancelled less than 14 days prior to your check-in date, there will be no refund given.

Although they may be emailed, we strongly recommend calling in all cancellations.
