**As of 4/18/25 - The elevator is out of service while waiting on parts. Guests will be using the stairs until the part is received and installed. There will be a valet service on site and available 9:00-5:00 for luggage or groceries to be carried.
As you enter, the bedroom is immediately to your left and features a king size bed, wall mounted tv, full closet and window views of the gulf. In the hallway, is the bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Also nestled in the hallway are built-in bunkbeds. As you pass through the hallway and enter the open floor plan, you are able to take in beautiful views of the gulf and sandy white beaches. The full kitchen is updated with stainless-steel appliances and is stocked with cooking essentials needed to prepare basic meals. The dining nook has a high-top table with seating for 3, with additional seating for two at the bar. The living room features a large wall-mounted tv, sleeper sofa and relaxing chair with the perfect view out onto the balcony. As an added convenience, there is a washer and dryer combo in the condo for your use.
BONUS: You will have access to a private storage closet on the ground level! This makes it so easy to leave all of your beach gear downstairs - not having to haul it all up to the condo!
You will have everything you need right here at Emerald Skye 61 ~ perfect location, direct beach access, an on-site pool and fitness room! This condo is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach. Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

PARKING PASS: The parking pass fee is set by the COA and is listed in the fees portion of your reservation. One (1) parking pass is available with this property.

*The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.
*SNOWBIRD RATES are available between November and February. Please reach out to us and we would love to talk with you about monthly rates.
*PETS are not allowed at any of our properties due to HOA restrictions.
*Pricing and availability of PARKING PASSES vary for each property and details are provided in each listing.
*PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES: Half of the reservation total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the check-in date. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, or at least 30 days before the check-in date. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation total. If cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund given.

We had a great time and loved unit 61. We've previously stayed in other units in this building that did not have the East facing windows. The view and light from the extra windows made our stay that much more enjoyable. The unit was as advertised and fit our family of 5 well. We would stay here again.Chase W. – 08/14/2024
