Island Tower 2101 is a beachfront condo in Gulf Shores, located half a mile from The Hangout. The condo is on the 21st floor and sleeps 8 (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa in the living room). This condo offers floor to ceiling views of the beautiful sandy white beaches and Gulf of Mexico.
Step inside to the welcoming entry way leading you to two of three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed, Smart TV, full ensuite bath, closet and sliding glass doors onto the side balcony. Bedroom #2 features two twin beds, closet and sliding glass door onto the side balcony. In the hallway, there is a full guest bath and laundry room.
As you make your way into the kitchen and living area, you will be drawn in by the floor to ceiling views. Even though you are on vacation, you will want to spend some time in this beautiful kitchen with white cabinets, marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Your views while preparing a meal in this fully stocked kitchen with be truly breathtaking.
Watch the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the living room or step outside to take in the fresh salt air and listen to the waves crash onto the shoreline. Just off of the living area is the main bedroom, featuring a king size bed, Smart TV, closet space and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and separate tub. You will also have access to the main balcony from the main bedroom. The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in pure serenity.
Onsite amenities for you to enjoy include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, fitness center (on the 4th floor with beautiful views) and a shared outdoor BBQ area.
PARKING: One parking pass is included in your reservation total and a second parking pass may be purchased prior to arrival. *No boat trailers, jet ski trailers, motor homes or golf carts are allowed in the parking areas.

*To ensure quality cleans and the best guest experience, NO EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT times are offered.
*PETS are not allowed at any of our properties due to HOA restrictions.
*SNOWBIRD RATES are available between November and February. Please reach out to us and we would love to talk with you about monthly rates.
*PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES: Half of the reservation total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the check-in date. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, or at least 30 days before the check-in date. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation total. If cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund given.

Our family of five just got back from the most incredible vacation at Island Tower 2101, and weโre already thinking about of our next trip back! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the views โ absolutely stunning. Being on the 21st floor, you get this sweeping, unobstructed view of the Gulf that honestly feels like something out of a movie. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony. It never got old. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed โ even more, really. Our three kids were thrilled to each have their own space, and they loved the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy for us to cook a few meals together as a family, and there was plenty of space for all five of us to spread out and relax. Salty Beaches, the management company, was so responsive and kind โ super easy check-in, and they even checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Little touches like that really made the trip feel special. The location is also perfect โ close to great restaurants, fun shops, and just a short walk to The Hangout (a favorite for the kids). We didnโt want to leave, and honestly, this was one of the most relaxing and memorable family vacations we've ever had. We would 100% recommend Island Tower 2101 to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and family-friendly spot on the beach. We loved this condo, simply the best beach view. Great location, loved the beach. Well stocked kitchen but one jammed drawer couldnโt use any utensils. Spotless clean! Washer/dryer very convenient. I would suggest a couple of beach chairs and umbrella for the guest to use & provide liquid soup in each of the 3 bathrooms. The condo is just as beautiful in person as the pictures show online. The rooms and layout had plenty of storage and everything was very clean. Our only issue we had was for our son who was on the pullout couch. There are no blinds/curtains on the floor to ceiling windows in the living room space. There are casings like there used to be some sort of blinds but they've been taken down. When the sun comes up, it is super bright in there and it made it hard for him to sleep.
