Phoenix VII 1014 is beachfront condo in Orange Beach. It is a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath condo that sleeps 4 (one king and a sleeper sofa in the living room). This condo is on the 10th floor and has a large balcony with beautiful views of the white sandy beach and expansive gulf!

This condo has everything you'll need to enjoy your beach getaway. A full-size kitchen stocked with all of the basic cooking essentials, bedroom with a comfortable bed and TV, sleeper sofa, dining area and a large balcony providing you with a comfortable spot to relax and take in the gorgeous views!

Entering the condo, the one bedroom is to your right (has direct access to the main bathroom with a tub/shower combo). The living room is spacious with plenty of seating to relax after a day on the beach. Around the corner is the sleek updated kitchen. When dining in, you'll have the option of eating inside around the table for four or enjoying your meal on the balcony.

There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis and courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.

*To ensure quality cleans and the best guest experience, NO EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT times are offered.
*PETS are not allowed at any of our properties due to HOA restrictions.
*SNOWBIRD RATES are available between November and February. Please reach out to us and we would love to talk with you about monthly rates.
*PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES: Half of the reservation total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the check-in date. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, or at least 30 days before the check-in date. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation total. If cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund given.
