This condo has everything you'll need to enjoy your beach getaway. A full-size kitchen stocked with all of the basic cooking essentials, bedroom with a comfortable bed and TV, sleeper sofa, dining area and a large balcony providing you with a comfortable spot to relax and take in the gorgeous views!
Entering the condo, the one bedroom is to your right (has direct access to the main bathroom with a tub/shower combo). The living room is spacious with plenty of seating to relax after a day on the beach. Around the corner is the sleek updated kitchen. When dining in, you'll have the option of eating inside around the table for four or enjoying your meal on the balcony.
There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis and pickleball courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!
Phoenix VII is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation total. If cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund given.

Hi there from Dallas Texas, I wanted to share feedback on a recent stay, as the timing right after Labor Day made for a particularly relaxing getaway. The condo was an excellent fit for empty nesters, offering a comfortable and welcoming space throughout. The living area felt especially cozy, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for an easy and convenient stay. The bedroom provided plenty of space for clothing and storage, and the king-size bed was very comfortable for restful nights. One of the highlights was the balcony, where the views of the Gulf were absolutely stunning and made for memorable mornings and evenings. The location of Phoenix VII also stood out as it was conveniently close to great dining options and the Flora-Bama area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings.
