Phoenix VII 1410 is a 2 bed/2 bath condo on the 14th floor and will sleep 8 guests (1 king, 2 full and a sleeper sofa). Phoenix VII is located on the shoreline in Orange Beach and offers gorgeous views of the sandy white beaches and the Perdido Pass.
As you enter the condo, the guest bedroom is off of the entry to your left. This bedroom is comfortably furnished with two full size beds and features a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Continuing into the condo, the open floor plan provides plenty of room for relaxing indoors or spending time together preparing meals in the full-size kitchen, stocked with the basic essentials for preparing meals. Off of the living room is the main bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and also has direct access onto the balcony. The main bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

Phoenix VII is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flor-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

*To ensure quality cleans and the best guest experience, NO EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT times are offered.

*PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES: Half of the reservation total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the check-in date. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, or at least 30 days before the check-in date. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation total. If cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund given.

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was beautiful and as expected! We love staying in the higher floors. Staff was very friendly especially Ed Stout, maintenance, and a very pleasant lady at the front desk. I did not get her name but she did tell us her last day was June 29.
