As you enter the condo, the guest bedroom is off of the entry to your left. This bedroom is comfortably furnished with two full size beds, TV and features a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Continuing into the condo, the open floor plan provides plenty of room for relaxing indoors or spending time together preparing meals in the full-size kitchen, stocked with the basic cooking essentials. Off of the living room is the main bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, TV and also has direct access onto the balcony. The main bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For convenience during your stay, there is a washer and dryer in the condo.
While visiting Phoenix VII, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis and pickleball courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!
A BONUS for this condo is that you'll have a reserved and covered parking space.
Phoenix VII is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

*PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES: Half of the reservation total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the check-in date. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, or at least 30 days before the check-in date. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation total. If cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund given.

This unit was recently updated, looks great , very clean. The kitchen was equipped far better than other properties we had stayed in (loved the pantry). The king bed was very comfortable but a little tall for me. We really liked everything about it. The view of the beach was amazing. We had one minor issue, but contacted Salty Beaches and they took care of it promptly. We really enjoyed the Phoenix VII facility and optional activities, met many nice people. The parking construction continued during our stay but when it is finished will be much nicer. Salty Beaches did notify us prior to arrival that the construction was not finished. We were able to use the reserved parking space the last week we were there and glad it is available for unit 1410. Absolutely perfect stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had the most breathtaking beach view — we enjoyed watching the sunrise on the balcony every morning while listening to the waves. Condo was great. Spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, showers hot, kitchen well equipped and AC was cold. Phoenix VII is always my first choice. Seamless arrival and departure. Only issue was that the dryer was making a loud noise and not dying as it should. Contacted Salty Beaches and they were attentive and sent someone to deal with it same day. We had a wonderful stay! Condo was beautiful and as expected! We love staying in the higher floors. Staff was very friendly especially Ed Stout, maintenance, and a very pleasant lady at the front desk. I did not get her name but she did tell us her last day was June 29.
