When you step into The Palms 812, located on the 8th floor, you will be in awe of the spaciousness of this condo (1,376 sq ft). You will enter into the full kitchen that offers an abundance of granite countertop space, stainless steel appliances and tile floors. The kitchen is stocked with all of your basic essential cooking needs and has enough space for the entire crew to pitch in! Off of the kitchen are two of the three bedrooms and the full guest bath. After passing through the kitchen and entering the dining area and living room, you will be captivated by the view through the wall of windows and sliding glass doors.
Once outside on your LARGE private balcony, relax while enjoying a meal or an evening glass of wine at the table that seats four or unwind in the loungers while listening to the sound of the waves as they slap along the shore.
Back inside, off of the living room, is the main bedroom (king bed) and ensuite bath, beautifully remodeled with granite countertops and walk in tile shower. You will have access to your private balcony from this main bedroom.
There is also a full washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
During your stay, please enjoy the outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, BBQ grill area, exercise room and tennis courts. The Palms 812 is conveniently located to the many restaurants, shopping and fun that Orange Beach has to offer!
*PARKING: One (1) parking pass is included in the fees portion of your reservation. You may purchase an additional parking pass PRIOR to arrival by contacting us at 334.216.0498.
*POOL CLOSURE: The outdoor pool is closed 10/23/23 - 05/17/24.
*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: There is balcony work being done throughout the entire condominium complex, possibly until the end of May 2024. The expected completion date for this "stack" of condos is April 5th. However, it is possible that you might experience some noise from neighboring condos. If needed, please contact us for additional details prior to making your reservation.
The West boardwalk will be closed until May 17th and the East boardwalk until May 24th. Direct beach access is still available.
~ THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT BOOKING WITH US ~
*The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.
*SNOWBIRD RATES are available between November and February. Please reach out to us and we would love to talk with you about these monthly rates.
*PETS are not allowed at any of our properties due to HOA restrictions.
*Pricing and availability of PARKING PASSES vary for each property and details are provided in each listing.
*PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES: Half of the reservation total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the check-in date. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, or at least 30 days before the check-in date. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation total. If cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund given.
